The Benchmarking Project
Development of test procedures for benchmarking components in RES
applications, in particular energy storage systems
The aim of the project is
- to evaluate and, if necessary, develop new test procedures which reflect
the real operating conditions in renewable energy systems (RES) and
- to make recommendations to manufacturers and users on how to select the
most appropriate components for a particular installation.
The focus of the work will be on batteries. The project
